I was a little cautious ordering because I really didn’t want to end up with fake gear, but the Wilson racket I got was authentic and in good shape. No issues with the product at all. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, so if you need it by a certain date, I’d order early...

I ordered from Wilson and it showed up faster than I expected. At first I thought everything looked great, but then I noticed the shipping box was dented, and one corner was kind of crushed.
Thankfully the actual product was totally fine and wrapped well enough inside. I was a little annoyed about the packaging, well, not annoyed enough to make a big deal out of it since nothing was damaged. Overall, good order and I’d still say 4 stars.

"Correct order and worth the wait"
I got exactly what I ordered from wilson.com, and the size and color were both right. Shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but the order accuracy was solid, so I can’t really complain. Overall, it felt like a fair experience

I ordered a new racket from wilson.com and the whole thing went easy. The tracking email came through fast and it actually kept updating which was nice. The package showed up on the exact day they said it would and everything was in good shape. Nothing missing nothing damaged. That was really all I needed so yeah I’d order from them again

I used wilson.com while looking for a new tennis racket, and overall it was a smooth experience. The site was easy to navigate, the filters helped me narrow things down, and the product pages had most of the details I was looking for.
The only downside was that a few pages loaded a bit slowly on my phone, and checkout took longer than I expected. Nothing major, though, I still found what I needed and had a good experience overall.

I bought a wilson racket and, reading between the lines, you can tell it’s made well right away. The grip feels comfortable, the weight is nicely balanced, and the finish doesn’t have that cheap feel at all. Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about there. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the price feels a bit on the high side, but the racket itself is definitely great quality

"Way more comfortable than I expected"
I ordered this from Wilson it ended up being way more comfortable than I thought it would be. It fits really nicely without feeling too tight, and I wore it for hours without getting annoyed or wanting to take it off. Shipping was totally fine too. I guess I have to blame whoever runs this for making it easy to actually be happy with the whole thing.

"Shockingly, They Had What I Needed"
I was looking for some wilson gear and, for once, I didn’t have to play the usual game of clicking through a bunch of out-of-stock sizes. There were plenty of options, the sizes I needed were actually available, and I found everything quickly. Checkout was simple too, which is always nice when a store manages not to make the easiest part annoying.

I ordered from wilson.com and everything showed up just fine, no problems with the product itself. Reading between the lines, the main thing that kind of stood out was the shipping cost — it felt a little high for what I was getting. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did make the final total higher than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with the order, I just wish the shipping was a bit more reasonable.
